Schick Civil Construction are a multi award winning civil contractor with offices in Christchurch, Nelson, Blenheim and Hamilton. They continue to be a major player in the civil contracting market. With a number of new projects coming online, we now require a Civil Hand to join one of our civil teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Footpath and kerb border and channel construction
  • Spotting for excavators
  • Setting heights and levels of kerbs and footpaths
  • Assisting with laying pipe
  • Ground work (physical works)
  • Operating machinery such as excavators, rollers and loaders
