As E-Commerce Executive, you will manage and optimise our presence across major UK marketplaces including our flagship online store, Amazon, eBay, Tesco and B&Q Marketplace, while driving customer engagement through targeted email marketing campaigns.
This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves the detail of product optimisation, stays curious about marketplace trends, and wants to see the direct impact of their work on sales performance.
- Managing product listings across our website and key marketplaces, ensuring accuracy, consistency and optimisation for search and conversion.
- Conducting market research to monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies and emerging trends in the e-commerce landscape.
- Creating engaging A+ Content and enhanced brand descriptions that tell our product stories effectively.
- Developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional funnels and automated sequences.
- Analysing sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Optimising product content through SEO keyword research, compelling copywriting and high-quality imagery.
- Preparing and uploading CSV files for bulk product updates and inventory management.
- Communicating regularly with our supply chain team on stock levels and sales forecasts and collaborating with our social media team on integrated campaigns.
