The Role
We are looking for an experienced Class 1 LGV Bitumen Driver to join our team based at Stockton, working 50 hours across a Monday‑to‑Friday tramping shift pattern.
- Pay Rates
- £19.50 per hour with a 10‑hour guarantee per shift
- £2.31 per hour – London weighting allowance
- £26.00 per hour overtime (applicable after 10 hours worked Monday‑Friday)
- £26.00 per hour overtime for Saturday
- £32.50 per hour overtime for Sundays
- £32.50 per hour for worked hours on Bank Holidays (plus day in lieu)
- £34.00 per night shift worked
- £4.15 meal payment per shift
- Fully Paid Breaks
Breaks are fully paid and ADR & CPC refreshers are paid.
Essential Requirements
- An LGV Class 1 licence with no more than six points
- A tachograph card
- A Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
- A valid ADR licence all classes other than 1 & 7
- A strong understanding of Driver Transport Legislation
- A safety focus
- Minimum 2 years Class 1 experience
- At least 2 years tanker experience

In addition, overtime is available, CPC training hours, courses and CPC accreditation and driver medicals are all paid for. Full PPE is provided.
