The Role: We are looking for an experienced LGV Driver to join our team based out of BOC Brinsworth.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Days. Start & finish times will vary, and additional weekend working will also be required. This is a PERMANENT position where you will work around 50 plus hours per week. You will be responsible for delivering products to our customers across the country on our BOC contract. This role involves moving compressed gas cylinders between the BOC Site and driving a counterbalance FLT to load and unload your vehicle; full training will be provided.
Pay & Benefits:
- £15.81 per hour
- Overtime between £23.72 to £31.62 per hour
Essential Requirements:
- A safety minded focus.
- An LGV Class 1 licence with no more than three points.
- A tachograph card.
- A Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).
- A strong understanding of Driver Transport Legislation.
- Minimum 3 years Class 1 experience.
Desirable Requirements:
- Counterbalance FLT experience, albeit full training will be delivered irrespectively.
- A valid ADR licence all classes including package goods other than 1 & 7 is desirable.
