As a Wunderwriter, you’ll play a key role in supporting SchemeServe customers by working across our three dynamic sub-groups within the Wunderwriting department:
- Scheme Builders: Dedicated to designing and building new insurance schemes on SchemeServe.
- Post Live: Handling support requests related to ongoing scheme management, including updates and major changes.
- Obsessive Support: Providing quick, day-to-day support — such as uploading documentation or adding a new user.
Whether you’re helping create new schemes, managing complex updates, or resolving quick support requests, you’ll be at the heart of enabling our clients' success. We are currently recruiting across all three areas—Scheme Builders, Post Live, and Obsessive Support—and while new starters may initially focus on one area, there will be opportunities to rotate or support different groups over time to meet the team’s needs.
You’re the perfect candidate for this role if you:
- Know your way around Word and Excel – no need to be a tech expert, but you’re comfortable with everyday tasks.
- Have a solid foundation in insurance – you possess experience in the insurance industry, understand its nuances, and talk the same language as our customers.
