Join SchemeServe as a Remote Insurance Software Support & Configuration Analyst. This role is 100% remote with flexible hours and is open to any candidate with an interest in insurance and support. Base Pay Range Compensation is based on skills and experience. Discuss details with a recruiter.
Responsibilities
- Support SchemeServe customers across three sub-groups: Scheme Builders, Post Live, and Obsessive Support.
- Design and build new insurance schemes.
- Handle support requests related to ongoing scheme management, including updates and major changes.
- Provide quick day-to-day support such as uploading documentation or adding a new user.
