We’re looking for a talented Product Designer (UX/UI) to work on our insurance accounting module. You’ll work closely with the Head of Product Design, the Product Manager, engineers, and stakeholders to shape intuitive, impactful solutions from concept to launch. In this role, you’ll flex between high‑level product thinking and hands‑on design craft—helping us define what to build and designing how it looks, feels and works.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out discovery research, synthesizing it to help identify key project requirements and scope.
- Translate complex insurance workflows into simple, elegant user experiences.
- Own the end‑to‑end design process: research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished UI.
- Collaborate with engineers to bring designs to life with precision and consistency.
- Champion user needs across the product lifecycle, using data and research to inform decisions.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system for scalability and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Resident in the United Kingdom.
- 3+ years proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer or similar role.
- High proficiency in Figma.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX flows and visual design skills.
- Experience working on SaaS or enterprise products (insurance or fintech is a bonus).
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals and technical constraints.
- Comfortable switching between big‑picture product strategy and pixel‑level detail.
- Strong communication skills—you can explain your decisions clearly and collaborate across teams.
Why Join Us
- Be part of a growing company that’s redefining the insurance industry.
- Work with a collaborative, cross‑functional team that values design thinking.
- Competitive compensation and benefits.
- We offer a fantastic culture with flexible working and a good work‑life balance.
