Responsibilities

  • Support SchemeServe customers across three sub-groups: Scheme Builders, Post Live, and Obsessive Support.
  • Design and build new insurance schemes.
  • Handle support requests related to ongoing scheme management, including updates and major changes.
  • Provide quick day-to-day support such as uploading documentation or adding a new user.
