Our Offering
- Competitive wages – starting rate: $30.85; top rate: $35.87 per hour + shift premiums (wage is assigned based on skill and ability and position); WEEKEND SHIFT - 2 x 12 hours + 1 x 8 hours
- Eligible for medical and dental benefits the 1st of the month following date of hire
- Regular increases, dependent upon performance, until top rate is reached

Your Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate multiple CNC production processes
- Perform basic problem solving and troubleshoot to resolve production/process issues to meet required standards
- Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced by process
- Monitor production process according to maintenance schedule and perform routine maintenance in timely manner
- Required to perform inspection of own work using precision measuring equipment as provided or directed to assess quality of work
- Follow and accurately record data as directed or required in routers, IMS and any other production tracking systems
- Required to train other operators as needed
- May be required to work in other departments or occasionally to set up a machine for others to operate
- Ability to read and interpret production prints
- Requires adequate computer skills to access production procedures to perform the required duties
- Responsible for excellent housekeeping and maintaining 5S in all areas
- Meet the skill requirements identified in the applicable training matrix, and maintain certification through company Certified Operator Program
