  • Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for manufacturing area and related support functions
  • Daily scheduling meetings and activities with Production Leaders
  • Verify capacity and demand risks, highlighting and communicating constraints
  • Update SAP Material Masters
  • Communicate with external suppliers
  • Monitor deliveries from suppliers for assigned materials and update SAP
  • Planning – Creation of releases and EDI transmission to suppliers
  • Monitor inventory levels, react accordingly to min and max
  • Support inventory and cost reduction activities
  • Analyze MRP run and determine demand
  • Order management including purchase orders, production orders to tool centers and scheduling agreements with suppliers of assigned materials
  • Provide consumption reports as needed
  • Other activities/projects as assigned
  • Your Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled at a post‑secondary educational institution in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management program
  • Solid knowledge of computer applications and software
  • Strong knowledge and skills in MS Excel
  • Ease at math and problem solving
  • Some flexibility with working hours
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge in SAP
  • Consistent and effective planning abilities
  • Disciplined, organized and attentive to detail
