Your Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate a minimum of one manually controlled process
- Perform basic problem solving and troubleshoot to resolve production/process issues to meet required standards
- Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced by machine
- Monitor production process according to maintenance schedule and perform routine maintenance in a timely manner
- Perform visual inspection to verify required surface finish is achieved
- Follow and accurately record data as directed or required in routers, IMS and any other production tracking systems
- Required to perform inspection of own work
- Required to train other operators as needed
- May be required to work in other departments or, occasionally, to set up a machine for others to operate
- Ability to read and interpret production prints
- Responsible for excellent housekeeping and maintaining 5S in all areas
- Meet the skill requirements identified in the applicable training matrix, and maintain certification through company Certified Operator Program
