Stanzer / Einsteller (m/w/d) bei Mario Schaaf Technische Federn GmbH & Co. KG in Möglingen bei Ludwigsburg. Einrichten, Steuern und Optimieren von Stanzautomaten.
Als Federnhersteller entwickeln und fertigen wir metallische Verbindungselemente, die je nach Anforderung zum Halten, Klemmen, Drücken, Ziehen oder Elektrisieren anderer Bauteile eingesetzt werden. Jedes Projekt hat eigene Herausforderungen, die wir im Team bewältigen und lösen.
Aufgaben
- Einrichtung von Schnittwerkzeugen, Folgewerkzeugen und Folgeverbundwerkzeugen
- Rüsten der Exzenterpressen
- Qualitätskontrolle nach Prüfvorschriften
- Materialbuchung im ERP-System
- Selbständiges Arbeiten
- Optimieren bestehender Serienprozesse
Das sollten Sie mitbringen
- Freude an selbständigem Arbeiten
- Motivation, eigene Ideen und Verbesserungsvorschläge einzubringen
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Fachbereich Metall
- Möglichst einige Jahre Erfahrung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf
- Schichtbereitschaft (Früh-, Spät- und ggf. Nachtschicht)
