Southampton Cargo Handling (SCH) is seeking an experienced Commercial Lead for Project Cargo and Breakbulk to drive growth in our specialist cargo operations from our Southampton base. You’ll blend commercial insight with operational coordination to deliver safe, efficient and profitable cargo movements while building long-term client relationships.

You’ll engage with customers across project cargo, heavy lift and breakbulk, shaping pricing, quotations and service delivery while collaborating.
