About the Role This is a varied, hands-on production role where you'll work as part of our manufacturing team preparing, coating and inspecting electronic assemblies.
Following full training, your duties will include: Preparing electronic assemblies for processing Masking and demasking printed circuit boards (PCBs) Applying specialist conformal coatings Carrying out visual inspections Following work instructions and customer specifications Maintaining high standards of quality and housekeeping Working safely as part of a close-knit team Every product we process is different, making this an interesting role where attention to detail is important.
What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has excellent attention to detail Enjoys practical, hands-on work Takes pride in producing quality work Is reliable and punctual Has good manual dexterity Is willing to learn new skills Can follow written instructions accurately Works well both independently and as part of a team Has a positive attitude Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly or electronics would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
