Salary: £25,159 p.a pro rata. Part‑time (10.5 hours per week). Term time. Permanent. Based at London Road campus.

This role is a pivotal part of the front‑of‑house team. You will be dealing with student queries via phone, email, and face‑to‑face, greeting visitors and evening course students, as well as offering ad hoc admin support.

You will have relevant experience of working on a busy reception or in a customer‑facing role. You do not have to have worked in education previously, but some similar experience would be beneficial.

This role covers three evenings per week as follows: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: London Road Campus - 4pm to 7.30pm.
