Salary: £28,000 - £35,000
As a Project Coordinator you will directly support the successful delivery of projects (Voice, Connectivity, Networking and IT) through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting. You will work closely with other teams within the business.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and manage multiple deliverables at various stages of provisioning, and of varying levels of complexity.
- Liaising with key suppliers to deliver against expectations and collaboratively managing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Provide weekly updates to all key stakeholders from the Customer and salesperson to the delivery team and senior management team.
- Arrange 3rd party contractors for project support.
- Efficient and timely coordination of activities across all teams is vital to ensure customers receive the highest quality of service delivery.
- Overseeing orders and ensuring services are delivered on time and to the specified quality.
- Assign provisioning tasks to Engineers to ensure services are delivered on time and within schedule.
- Manage customer on-boarding documentation to ensure a smooth transition from delivery to support.
- Exception handling in the event of order delay or failure.
- Identify & implement areas for improvement (product, system or process).
Skills Required:
- Proactive, organised, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical and inquisitive, with the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Financial management, of all related project expenditure, hardware, software, capital and op-ex.
- Ability to build solid relationships with customers, both internal and external as well as all other stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken and attention to detail.
- M365 Planner experience.
