The predicted salary is between 30000 - 32000 € per year.

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000.

To triage and support customers reporting issues, to assist in ensuring the efficient working of the inhouse Service Assurance team while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Location: Dummer, Basingstoke.

Responsibilities

  • Working collaboratively with the Service Manager to design and implement effective reporting to accurately reflect team performance
  • Attend internal project meetings where necessary
  • Ensure regular communication with clients while exceeding their expectations
  • Maintain a process driven work environment
  • Collate and communicate fault information to ensure quick resolution
  • Enable continuation of service via utilisation of value-add products
  • Understand and resolve faults within SLA
  • Accurately triage all tickets and pass to relevant support team for those not resolved by Service Assurance
  • Coordinate internal and external resources
  • Liaise with Group Networks and other surrounding support teams on faults/assurance
