The Pre-Sales Consultant will support the group with both customer and prospect opportunities by delivering tailored Managed IT and Cybersecurity solutions that address business challenges and compliance needs. You will act as a trusted advisor, leverage deep technical understanding and market insight to drive revenue growth and support the delivery of secure, scalable, and resilient IT environments.
Responsibilities
- Technical Consultation – Both internal and external (customer facing) technical consultation
- Solution Design – Solution design based on customer requirements, constraints, feasibility and budgets.
- Market and Product Feedback – Internal feedback on competitor solutions and pricing in the market.
- Product Demonstrations and Presentations – Ability to present and demonstrate the company products, services and solutions.
- Commercial Proposal – Create a commercial proposition for the solution, tailored to the customer.
