SCG Midlands is seeking a Finance Director to lead X-on Health’s financial strategy in the UK primary care market.

This strategic, hands-on role partners with the Group CFO, MD and local leadership to drive growth, investment priorities and long-term planning while maintaining strong financial controls.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and governance, balancing growth, margin and risk in a regulated healthcare environment.
