Location: Reigate

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + OTE + Car Allowance

We are recruiting for a Corporate Account Manager to join our Sales team in Reigate. The successful candidate will be supporting business growth whilst delivering exceptional customer service and will seek opportunities to enable growth within the customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management of c.200 customers.
  • Review meetings both remotely and face to face, opportunity seeking and end-to-end sales process.
  • Work alongside Provisioning and Support teams across the business to orchestrate the smoothest and best customer experience possible.
  • Ensure escalations are raised within the business at the appropriate time to ensure the swiftest possible resolution.
  • Full product portfolio knowledge to enable full solution selling ability.
  • Opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell with a aim of hitting sales target by the end of each month.
  • Project management of solution delivery and any escalations within the assigned customer base.
