Salary: £30,000–£32,000
Triage and support customers reporting issues, to assist in ensuring the efficient working of the in-house Service Assurance team while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities- Working collaboratively with the Service Manager to design and implement effective reporting to accurately reflect team performance
- Attend internal project meetings where necessary
- Ensure regular communication with clients while exceeding their expectations
- Maintain a process-driven work environment
- Collate and communicate fault information to ensure quick resolution
- Enable continuation of service via utilisation of value-add products
- Understand and resolve faults within SLA
- Accurately triage all tickets and pass to relevant support team for those not resolved by Service Assurance
- Co-ordinate internal and external resources
- Liaise with Group Networks and other surrounding support teams on faults/assurance
