Location: Dummer, Basingstoke
Salary: £21,000 – £25,000
You will be helping the company grow by supporting the generation of new leads to both new and existing customers, ultimately leading to the sale of new products and services. Your role will involve designing and executing successful lead generation strategies through various channels including marketing, operations, and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Use the tools within HubSpot to leverage the system for increasing sales, including insights to improve conversion rates.
- Support automated processes including workflows and sequences to enhance the efficiency of sales teams.
- Action and improve lead generation strategies to align with company goals.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure lead quality and quantity meet requirements.
- Support the generation of leads for both new business and existing customers.
- Assist in the delivery of multi-channel campaigns focusing on products, verticals, events, and data.
- Develop processes to improve data quality and support reporting and dashboard creation.
- Analyse data to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimise lead generation efforts.
- Liaise with Marketing and Sales to deliver sales output.
- Score leads and segment the database to target the right prospects effectively.
- Set performance goals, monitor progress and ROI, and provide regular feedback to the teams.
- Reporting and dashboard creation for Senior Management Team.
