The Opportunity
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and engaging high-calibre professionals across global energy markets
- Building relationships with candidates and industry leaders
- Conducting market research and talent mapping projects
- Managing recruitment processes from initial outreach through to placement
- Supporting senior consultants on retained search assignments
- Developing business development and commercial skills
- Building your own specialist market expertise

Requirements
- Degree from a Russell Group University
- Minimum 2:1 classification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
