This is a full-time, on-site Beauty Therapist role based in Chigwell. The Beauty Therapist will deliver a range of beauty treatments, including skincare services, hair removal, and other salon-based therapies, while ensuring a relaxing and professional client experience. Daily responsibilities include:
- Conducting consultations and assessing client needs.
- Recommending suitable treatments and products.
- Maintaining accurate treatment records.
- Upholding hygiene and safety standards.
- Preparing treatment rooms and equipment.
- Ensuring all services comply with clinic protocols and industry best practices.
- Supporting retail sales by advising clients on skincare and beauty products.

Qualifications & Experience
- Professional beauty therapy qualification (NVQ Level 2/3, VTCT, ITEC or equivalent).
- Experience performing beauty treatments including facials, waxing, eyebrow threading, eyebrow tinting, eyelash tinting, lash extensions, manicures, pedicures, and skincare consultations.
- Knowledge of skincare products, skin analysis, and facial treatments, with the ability to recommend suitable treatments and aftercare.
- Competent in maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety procedures.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and provide a welcoming experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy salon environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality treatments and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience with advanced facial treatments, massage therapies, or aesthetic beauty services would be advantageous but not essential.
