About ScentAir
ScentAir designs and installs fragrance systems for offices, retailers, and hospitality venues across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, from its head office and distribution centre in Slough.
The role
You’ll join as Warehouse Co-ordinator, reporting to the Warehouse Manager, and become part of a small team that works closely together day to day. The role covers stock control, e-commerce fulfilment, and returns, plus some light equipment testing.
You’ll:
- Check in, record, and store incoming deliveries accurately
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders for customers, engineers, and internal teams
- Process customer and engineer returns, including inspection and repairs
- Create shipping labels, delivery paperwork, and courier bookings
- Investigate stock discrepancies and keep the warehouse organised and compliant
What you’ll bring
Useful, not essential:
- Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, inventory, or distribution role
- Confident using computer systems for stock or inventory management (a WMS, ERP, or similar)
- Experience supporting e-commerce order fulfilment
- Experience testing, troubleshooting, or repairing equipment
- Confident using Excel for stock reporting
