We are now recruiting Fire Door Inspectors throughout the UK, responsible for traveling regionally to various sites to inspect fire doors. This is a full-time, field-based role.

Working in line with current standards, the Engineer will build professional relationships with clients.

Applications are welcomed from Joiners or experienced Fire Door Inspectors currently working within the Fire Protection and Service industry.

This role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Traveling regionally to various sites.
  • Inspecting fire doors at each site efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Using a PDA app to follow checklists and report on fire door status.
  • Building professional relationships with clients.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of work performed.
  • Following procedures to ensure correct inspection completion.
  • Keeping the company vehicle clean and presentable.

Required Skills:

  • Recognized Fire Door Inspection qualification (FDIS, BRE, etc.).
  • Good communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Full, clean UK driving license.
  • Ability to work independently.
