Welder / Fabricator – Nelson – £35k

What You’ll Be Doing

• MIG and TIG welding of stainless and aluminium components
• Working from engineering drawings to fabricate assemblies
• Using hand tools and machinery to cut, shape and prep
• Final assembly and inspection before shipment
• Working with the team to get projects out the door safely and on time

What’s In It For You

• £16.00/hr to start, rising to £17.30/hr after 3‑month probation
• 39 hours/week with overtime available
• Tools and PPE provided, along with proper training if you want to upskill
• Clean workshop, varied projects, and solid team environment

You’ll Need

• MIG and TIG welding experience (ideally on stainless and aluminium)
• The ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• A relevant welding qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, apprenticeship, etc.)
• A full UK driving licence

Experience with CNC equipment, food‑grade fabrication or site work is a plus, but not essential.
