Clinical Deputy Manager at Scenic Music

Location: Great Yarmouth

RGN or RMN

We are seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to support high-standard care in an Elderly & Dementia care setting. The role involves working closely with the Home Manager to deliver person-centred care, manage the home in the manager’s absence, and ensure regulatory and company standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver care and support to a high standard by promoting person-centred care and planning with residents
  • Work with the Home Manager to ensure the financial targets of the home are met
  • Ensure CQC and company standards are met within the home
  • Manage the home in the absence of the Home Manager

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (RGN or RMN)

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: £44,500 per annum
  • The Deputy Manager Package Includes: £46,737 per annum
  • 28 days annual leave allowance
  • Paid NMC registration
