Location: 123 Princes Street, Cnr Princes & Dowling Streets
Hours of Work: 30 hours gauranteed per week.Monday - Sunday on a 7-day rostered timetable
Shifts: Morning & Afternoon shifts: 6.30am - 3pm and 2.30pm - 11pm.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting guests with check-in/check-out.
- Handling reservations and providing daily reservation management.
- Responding to guest inquiries and sharing local attraction information.
- Maintaining clean and tidy reception and public areas.
- Managing administrative duties, including mail handling.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
- A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role, and
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
