As a Talent Partner at Scede, you will either be embedded into one of our live customers, or driving qualified candidate velocity for customers via our innovative new Source service.
As a Talent Partner, you’ll have
- A strong track record of achievement in end-to-end recruitment within the tech and/or product space.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to build strong relationships.
- A real appreciation for data, recruiting metrics and continuous improvement.
- A can-do, positive attitude towards overcoming challenges and finding solutions, with an ‘always learning’ mentality.
- An agile approach to work, even when working remotely.
As a Talent Partner, you can expect to
- Own the recruitment journey and all aspects of the candidate experience - sourcing, screening, and guiding great people through the process.
- Work closely with hiring managers and teams to create a streamlined and unbiased recruitment process that follows best practices.
- Be creative with sourcing techniques and continuously seek ways to improve.
- Where required, guide your stakeholders through key initiatives including code reviews, conducting interview training, employer branding, and the development of D&I processes.
- Monitor and report on key talent acquisition metrics, using data to influence decisions.
