Overview of the Rec to Rec (Embedded Talent) role at Scede. This role is initially a fixed-term contract. Previous rec-to-rec experience is required.

As our Internal Talent Partner, you will be responsible for the delivery of all hiring for the Scede business, alongside supporting our customer facing Talent Partners as required.
Responsibilities:
- Own the recruitment journey and all aspects of the candidate experience - sourcing, screening, and guiding great people through the process.
- Work closely with our Senior Management team to create a streamlined and unbiased recruitment process that follows best practices.
- Source passive candidates alongside the management of inbound applications to create a strong pipeline of readily available candidates.
- Monitor and report on key talent acquisition metrics, using data to influence decisions.
- Collaborate with our Marketing team to support employer brand and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A strong track record of achievement in end-to-end recruitment in the rec-to-rec space.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to build strong relationships.
- A real appreciation for data, recruiting metrics and continuous improvement.
- A can-do, positive attitude towards overcoming challenges and finding solutions, with an 'always learning' mentality.
- An agile approach to work, even when working remotely.
