Balvac, part of the Balfour Beatty Group, is recruiting a permanent Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial performance across structural maintenance and concrete-repair projects. The role is based near Warrington with attendance at the office for two to three days a week.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee quantity surveyors and commercial admins, manage subcontract accounts, resolve disputes, and drive change control, valuations, and weekly expenditure reporting.
