Holmes & Hills seeks an experienced construction solicitor for a full-time, permanent position in Marks Tey. The role focuses on contentious construction matters across the United Kingdom, with responsibility for an individual caseload of adjudications, enforcement proceedings and litigation in the Technology and Construction Court.
The solicitor will advise clients across the construction supply chain, including:
- specialist subcontractors
- consultants
- main contractors
- developers
There is also an optional opportunity to undertake non-contentious work on contract drafting, risk management and project strategy. Business development and direct management of client relationships form part of the role, with support from the firm's marketing team. The firm also seeks someone interested in mentoring junior colleagues.
Applicants must be qualified solicitors with experience in contentious construction law, particularly adjudication and construction litigation.
