Balfour Beatty is seeking a permanent Senior Quantity Surveyor for the North Hykeham Relief Road project. The role is based in Lincoln and involves commercial responsibilities from cost planning through to final accounts.
The successful candidate will control expenditure, prepare forecasts and manage valuations, variations and compensation events. You will lead a small surveying team, coordinate with the programme, and maintain client relationships while supporting the Commercial Manager.
