Galliford Try is recruiting a Contract Administrator in Hampton, Middlesex, for its Environment division. The role supports project managers across several contracts, with responsibility for keeping contractual communications and project changes accurate, traceable and within the required deadlines. It involves regular contact with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal project teams.

The administrator will prepare and monitor notices, record changes and maintain contract information through CEMAR and the company's own systems. Duties include tracking contractual obligations, identifying risks and opportunities, and keeping documentation suitable for audit. The post also involves helping teams apply consistent procedures and improve their contract administration processes.

Knowledge of contractual communications, careful record keeping and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, are essential. The employer also seeks the ability to organise competing tasks and work independently to deadlines.

Knowledge of NEC or IChemE contracts, previous CEMAR use and experience in construction, engineering, utilities or infrastructure are desirable rather than essential requirements.
