Graham Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a permanent Civil Engineering role based in Belfast. You will report to the Managing Quantity Surveyor and manage budgets, contract conditions and subcontracts on major projects.
The role requires main-contracting experience, NEC contract administration, and a degree or equivalent qualification. MRICS or MCICES are desirable; strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
