Co-leading the FTTH projects team within the Full Fibre Solutions Group Department, jointly responsible for the end-to-end delivery of regional projects. Also supporting the implementation of new projects and processes. All projects are delivered in full compliance with client SLAs, statutory provisions, on time, and within budget. With strong commercial acumen, jointly accountable for FTTH projects and for tracking team performance through regular operational and financial reviews.

About You:

  • Proven experience in FTTH / telecoms infrastructure project delivery

  • Ability to lead teams collaboratively and drive high performance
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, compliance, and SLA-driven environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Dimensions:

  • Based in Harlow, regular attendance at other SCCIA Office locations & UK travel as required
  • The role not bound by regular hours
