Co-leading the FTTH projects team within the Full Fibre Solutions Group Department, jointly responsible for the end-to-end delivery of regional projects. Supporting the implementation of new projects and processes. All projects are delivered in full compliance with client SLAs, statutory provisions, on time, and within budget. With strong commercial acumen, jointly accountable for FTTH projects and for tracking team performance through regular operational and financial reviews.
Accountabilities
- Proven experience in FTTH / telecoms infrastructure project delivery
- Strong understanding of end-to-end project life-cycle management
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience managing budgets
- Ability to lead teams collaboratively and drive high performance
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, compliance, and SLA-driven environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
