SCCD Training is seeking a talented and results-driven Freelance Digital Marketer to support our marketing efforts in promoting teacher training and recruitment services. Key Responsibilities
Must have ability to lead generate through various marketing channels
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, email, and paid advertising
Create engaging content tailored to target audiences to increase brand awareness and attract potential trainees and schools
Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to optimise marketing activities
Collaborate with the internal team to align marketing strategies with SCCD Training's recruitment and business development goals
Maintain and update the company website and social media channels to ensure current and relevant information
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and effective
Requirements
Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, preferably with experience in the education or recruitment sectors
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, email marketing, and analytics software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling marketing messages
Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and data-driven decision-making skills
Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision
