You will drive our teacher placement division, expanding our footprint across primary, secondary, and further education sectors by leveraging your network and connecting top-tier teaching talent with our school partners. Utilize existing school networks to secure new placement opportunities and build long-term partnerships with headteachers and trust leaders. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, vet, and place qualified teachers and support staff into permanent, contract, and supply roles. Build a high-caliber candidate pool through direct headhunting, network referrals, and SCCD’s internal graduate pipeline. Safeguarding & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to UK education compliance standards (KCSIE, DBS, and reference checks). 3+ years of education recruitment experience with a focus on teacher placement. Active, established relationships with local schools and educational leaders. Proven track record of hitting target revenues and expanding client accounts.
