We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects within our dynamic team. The Junior Project Manager supports the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they remain on track, within budget, and compliant with quality standards. Working closely under the guidance of senior leadership, you will act as a vital link within the project team, taking direct responsibility for managing specific small workstreams or sub-projects within a larger, complex programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage specific small workstreams, ensuring all tasks are organized and delivered to the required standards.
  • Assist in the creation of comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Track project progress against KPIs and provide regular status updates to the project team and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the identification and tracking of risks, issues, and dependencies, helping to develop mitigation plans.
  • Maintain rigorous quality standards across all project deliverables within your assigned workstream.
  • Ensure project documentation and administrative governance are kept up to date and comply with company frameworks.

Requirements:

  • 2–7 years of experience in project support or a junior management role.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage individual tasks or small-scale work packages.
  • Foundational understanding of project methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, or APM).
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
