We are seeking a User Experience & Adoption Lead to drive user engagement, adoption, and experience across workplace technology services. This onsite role is focused on understanding user needs, shaping communications, and ensuring new tools and services are effectively adopted.
Your responsibilities as the UX & Adoption Lead:
- Act as the voice of the user across Workplace Technology services - Endpoint, Productivity tools, IDAM, Hardware, Collaboration platforms.
- Gather and analyse user feedback through surveys, insights, and engagement sessions.
- Support adoption and change activities for new tools, features, and services.
- Develop clear, user-focused communications and engagement materials (Viva Engage, Intranet, newsletter).
- Collaborate with product owners, service teams, and stakeholders to improve user experience.
- Track adoption and experience metrics, highlighting risks and improvement opportunities.
As a successful UX & Adoption Lead, you will have:
- Experience in workplace technology, UX, adoption, or engagement roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics for users.
- Experience supporting change, adoption, or digital workplace initiatives.
- A collaborative, user-centred mindset.
