We are looking for an experienced PMO Administrator / Project Support professional to provide essential administrative, logistical, and coordination support to programmes and projects based in Reading. This role is critical to ensuring smooth delivery through strong governance, reporting, and documentation control.
Your responsibilities as the PMO Administrator / Project Support:
- Provide day-to-day PMO administrative support across projects and programmes.
- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, plans, and governance artefacts.
- Support project managers with reporting, status updates, and dashboard production.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and governance forums, including agendas and minutes.
- Ensure adherence to project and programme governance frameworks.
- Track actions, dependencies, and milestones across multiple workstreams.
- Support consistency and best practice across project delivery activities.
- Act as a central point of coordination for programme-related information.
As a successful PMO Administrator / Project Support, you will have:
- Proven experience working as a PMO Administrator, Project Support Officer, or similar role.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills within structured project environments.
- Experience with project reporting, documentation control, and governance processes.
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders, including project managers and delivery teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working in hybrid delivery environments (desirable).
