We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects within our dynamic team. The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of projects. You will lead the day-to-day management of project activities, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with broader organizational goals. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams and navigate complex project risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation through to closing, ensuring all activities are organized and monitored.
- Ensure project outcomes align with organizational goals and deliver the intended value to stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation to ensure delivery remains within financial and time constraints.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and dependencies, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, facilitating high-level communication between the team and senior management.
- Lead and motivate project team members, delegating tasks effectively and maintaining high quality standards throughout.
Requirements:
