Location: Any SCC office (SCC operate hybrid working, which comprises of a mix of office and home working)

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary Package: competitive salary plus large company benefits, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid-for volunteering days a year

Hours: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm Monday – Friday

Role Purpose

The SCC Framework Connect team supports UK public sector organisations by providing innovative IT solutions through Framework Agreements and maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendor partners. As the number of frameworks grows, the team is expanding its partner network to drive shared success. We are now looking for a highly organised Team Coordinator to handle key administrative tasks, enabling Partner Managers to focus on vendor relationships and margin delivery. This role is essential to keeping the team’s daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Helping to grow the business in line with company aspirations for Framework Connect, both in terms of revenue and margin
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant public sector frameworks, policies, and procurement processes.
  • Support the Head of Framework Connect and Partner Managers with administrative tasks including but not limited to:
    • Setting up new suppliers and customers in the system
    • Obtaining POs from customers and sending these to be processed
    • Booking in invoices from our suppliers
    • Liaising with credit control and accounts payable to ensure a smooth payment process to our partners
    • Dealing with customer queries
    • Liaising with the Commercial team regarding the drafting of contracts and CCNs
    • Running reports as required

Skills And Experience

Required:

  • Highly organised
  • Excellent attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy at all times
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good at working in collaboration with a team
  • Ability to deliver a high level of customer service

Nice-to-have

  • An understanding of the UK IT reseller industry, ideally within Public Sector
  • Understands UK Public Sector frameworks and how they operate
  • Experience in using CRM tools
