Role:Junior Project Manager
Location: Yorkshire(SCC operate hybrid working, which comprises of a mix of office and home working)
Contract Type:Permanent
Salary Package: £31000-£35000plus large company benefits, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid-for volunteering days a year

Planning and execution of collaboration projects, including procurement, installation, and testing of AV systems for both corporate and event-based environments. Setting the Projects Scope, Goals and Objectives and ensuring successful completion of Projects on time and in budget to customers satisfaction.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations, and ensuring all deliverables meet the client’s needs and specifications.
Budget Management:
Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and costs are controlled throughout the project’s life cycle.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, vendors, and contractors, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
Timeline Management:
Create detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust timelines as necessary to ensure that milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain project documentation including Project Brief/Statement of Works, change orders, schedules, and progress reports in line with the companies standard governance reporting. Provide regular updates to senior management and clients
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, safety protocols, and legal requirements.
- Prince 2 Advantageous but training will be given
- A passion for learning and developing within a Project Management role.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and manage resources effectively
- Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Knowledge and awareness of AV technologies beneficial
