- Hours: Monday - Thursday, 11am - 9pm (1-hour lunch)

Role Purpose
Provide on-site support for IT hardware and software, ensuring SLA compliance, and delivering efficient IT support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and replace PCs, laptops, printers, retail equipment, and basic servers & network activities as needed.
- Complete customer rebuilds and configurations.
- Assist other engineers and cover site roles when required.
- Meet KPI targets and communicate effectively with teams.
- Use mobile devices to update calls and manage work in real time.
- Participate in IMAC projects and embrace new technologies.
- Maintain company assets and adhere to policies and safety standards.
- Participate in 24/7 coverage via rota and work overtime as needed.
Skills and Experience
- Professional appearance and customer-facing skills.
- Full UK driving license.
- Ability to obtain SC clearance.
- Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
- Relevant technical certifications, including at least CompTIA A+.
- Ability to work at height and manual handling skills.
