We are seeking an experienced Contact Centre Solution Designer (French Speaking) to join a high-impact European programme. This is a unique opportunity for a Contact Centre Solution Designer to act as a technical lead on a client tender process, shaping a Contact Centre platform strategy across multiple regions. The Contact Centre Solution Designer will play a critical role in ensuring requirements are captured effectively and reflected in a robust RFP.

Your responsibilities as the Contact Centre Solution Designer:

  • Act as the technical lead for a European-wide Contact Centre RFP process.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the UK, France, and Benelux to validate and consolidate requirements.
  • Ensure strong representation of the French business unit, capturing language, regulatory, and operational requirements.
  • Support the structuring of the RFP and evaluation framework to enable like-for-like vendor comparisons.
  • Provide expert guidance on Contact Centre commercial models, licensing, and service expectations.
  • Facilitate vendor discussions and support engagement in a vendor-agnostic capacity.
  • Collaborate with delivery partners to provide procurement consultancy and advisory support.
  • Translate technical and operational needs between French-speaking stakeholders and wider programme teams.

As a successful Contact Centre Solution Designer, you will have:

  • Proven experience working as a Contact Centre Solution Designer or in a similar technical/architectural role.
  • Strong knowledge of Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) platforms, either from an operational or technical perspective.
  • Fluency in French (essential) with the ability to engage confidently with French-speaking stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting RFPs, tenders, or vendor selection processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple geographies.
