Role purpose:

The Enterprise Service Management Specialist will drive growth of SCC’s Enterprise Service Management proposition, with a focus on ServiceNow, workflow automation and digital transformation. The role will identify and shape customer opportunities, build pipeline and revenue, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across enterprise and public sector customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Enterprise Service Management sales plans across new and existing customers.
  • Build qualified pipeline and deliver against agreed revenue and gross margin targets.
  • Engage CIO, IT and business stakeholders to understand priorities and shape value-led solutions.
  • Lead discovery conversations, customer workshops, business cases and executive presentations.
  • Act as SCC’s ServiceNow subject matter expert, identifying opportunities across key workflows including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, GRC and AI-enabled automation.
  • Work with Account Managers, Solution Architects, Professional Services, ServiceNow and SCC teams to progress opportunities through to successful commercial outcome.
  • Support proposals, commercial negotiations and development of repeatable Enterprise Service Management propositions.

Skills and experience:

Essential

  • Proven experience selling Enterprise Service Management, ServiceNow, digital workflow or enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and relevant workflows such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps or GRC.
  • Track record of building pipeline, winning complex opportunities and achieving commercial targets.
  • Experience engaging senior customer stakeholders and creating value propositions, business cases and presentations.
  • Strong commercial acumen, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in an IT reseller, MSP, systems integrator, consultancy or software vendor environment.

Desirable

  • ServiceNow accreditations or certifications.
  • Experience selling professional or managed services.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled workflow automation, IT operations or service management best practice.
