Location: Birmingham (SCC operate hybrid working, which comprises of a mix of office and home working)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary Package: £40.000 – £45.000 plus large company benefits, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid-for volunteering days a year
Hours: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm Monday – Friday

Role Purpose
Reporting to the Technical Director, the Bid Support & Marketing Manager will be responsible with supporting the Flow AI sales team with the creation of compelling customer facing documentation, plus the management of the company’s social media activity.
Key Responsibilities
Bid & Sales Engagement
- Work with the technical and sales teams to create accurate and compelling proposal and bid content for customer submission
- Support the completion and timely submission of customer NDA and Confirmation letters in a timely manner
- The review of customer RFP/RFI questions and scoring matrices in comparison to Flow AI developed content, ensuring that responses meet the customer requirements
- Provide co-ordination support for larger RFP/RFIs and customer proposals, ensuring contributing individuals, suppliers and teams provide content in a timely manner
- Collate, submit and distribute customer qualification questions against the RFP/RPI time frame
- Explore Flow AI bid library for previously created content suitable for use in ongoing customer engagements
- Support or coordinate with Flow AI design teams to format customer documentation prior to submission
- Collate, verify and submit completed RFI/RFP/tender responses to the customer within the required timescales and format
- Manage and update templates and standardised content in the Flow AI bid library to facilitate quicker responses to bid and proposal requests
- Work with Flow AI designers to produce on-brand imagery and diagrams to compliment and support written content
- Monitor Buyer Framework portals for potentially suitable opportunities for Flow AI, passing on to the suitable team member as appropriate
Social Media Management
- Manage the approved Flow AI calendar/schedule of events, ensuring all activity is completed and in place within the given timeframes
- Develop compelling content inline with the topics and themes included in the calendar/schedule of activity, coordinating with Flow AI design teams to ensure professional formatting
- Regularly updating the Flow AI website with news and other content
- Assist with the development of Case Studies and White Papers, making available for customer prospecting or social media activity
- Responsible for management of Flow AI LinkedIn (and other social media platforms), including account administration, content posting, wider Flow AI team participation and general activity to improve Flow AI social media profile
- Support the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, measuring against predetermine success criteria
- Create interactive campaigns to facilitate the harvesting of leads, and statistics for inclusion marketing document such as white papers
- Work with Flow AI designers to produce compelling on-brand imagery for inclusion in online content
Skills And Experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills, able to encourage other team members to meet given deadlines against the customer requirements
- Technical awareness of systems such as LinkedIn/Google analytics, Pipedrive (or other CRM tools), Adobe products
- Structured and proactive
- Active understanding of Social Media
- Energy and positive work-ethic.
- Able to work collaboratively across internal and customer teams.
